|1 packet||Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g|
|250 g||Whole kernel corn|
|1 no||Yellow onion, chopped|
|½ no||Red chili, chopped|
|2 strings||Celery leaf, chopped|
|Enough||Cooking oil, for frying|
- Mix Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with water.
- Add in whole kernel corn, yellow onion, red chili and celery leaf into the batter. Mix well.
- Spoon the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
*1 packet of Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g can be used to make 17 pieces of fritters.
