2 tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
1 medium Potato, peeled and sliced
1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
1 small Onion, chopped
1 pc Green chili, sliced
1 pc Red chili, sliced
4.05 g    1 1/8 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
2.50 g    ½ tsp Salt

300 g Squid, cut into rings
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Salt

  1. Heat oil, sauté mustard seed until crackle. 
  2. Add in potato, stir until half cook.
  3. Add in garlic, ginger paste, onion and chilies. Stir until well.
  4. Toss in the marinated squid, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Ready to serve.
