Enough Oil, for deep frying
450 g Lady’s finger, washed & cut into small rounds
200 g Red ripe tomato, diced
2 medium Red onion, peeled & diced
1 no Green chilli, chopped
10 g Young ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
270 – 300g Thick yoghurt
To taste Salt
Method
Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok, fry lady’s finger until brown. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Put tomato, red onion, green chilli and young ginger into a bowl.
  3. Add in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, AJI-NO-MOTO® and yoghurt, just before serving. Or mix them all with the lady’s finger and keep in refrigerator (as a cold salad). Add salt to taste.
  4. Serve with white rice or ghee rice or briyani rice.
