½ cup Cooking oil
1/3 cup Anchovies
160 g Unripe mango flesh, grated
1 no Tomato, pulp removed and sliced into thin wedges
½ no Onion, sliced into thin wedges
2-3 Bird’s eye chilies, sliced
1 tbsp Lime juice
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
½ tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Salt

  1. Heat oil, fry anchovies until crispy. Drain well.
  2. Mix well mango, tomato, onion, bird’s eye chilies, lime juice, AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle anchovies on top and serve.
