¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
¾ tsp | Salt |
½ | Large onion, sliced thinly |
Enough | Cooking oil |
Method
Beat the eggs with soy sauce, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and onion until well combined.
Heat oil, pour in the egg mixture. Fry both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with rice.
