Spicy Tomato and Jalapeno Salsa


Spicy Tomato and Jalapeno Salsa

500 g | Red tomatoes, chopped |
125 g | Whole peeled tomatoes, blended |
3 tbsp | Canned jalapeños, chopped (substitute with bird’s eye chilies) |
3 tbsp | Red onions, chopped |
60 g | Cilantro or parsley, chopped |
2 tsp | SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning (mix with 1 tbsp hot water) |
250 g | Feta cheese, grated finely |
3 tbsp | Olive oil |
2 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
1½ tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
150 g | Grated parmesan cheese |

- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, cilantro or parsley, SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning mixture and feta cheese, mix well.
- Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO®,toss well.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve with tacos.
