Recipe Description

Simple and nutritious menu which enables you to prepare for your family in the shortest time.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 no Onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic
300 g Angled loofah, peeled and sliced
1 no Egg, beaten lightly

Ingredient A: seasoning

2 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp White pepper powder
1/3 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/3 tsp Salt
Method
  1. Heat cooking oil, stir fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add in the angled loofah and seasoning (A), stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in beaten egg and stir gently. Serve hot.
