|1 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1/2 no||Onion, sliced|
|1/2 tbsp||Chopped garlic|
|300 g||Angled loofah, peeled and sliced|
|1 no||Egg, beaten lightly|
Ingredient A: seasoning
|1/8 tsp||White pepper powder|
- Heat cooking oil, stir fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add in the angled loofah and seasoning (A), stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in beaten egg and stir gently. Serve hot.
