Stir-fried Okra with Egg

Stir-fried okra is a simple and delicious side dish. Soft texture okra and egg make the dish complete.
|1 ½ tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1/2 no / 50 g||Onion, sliced|
|2 cloves||Garlic, sliced|
|300 g||Okras, slant cut into 1/4 inch thickness|
- Heat the oil, saute onion and garlic until light brown.
- Add okra, stir-fry until a bit soft.
- Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Lastly add in egg in the middle of wok, stir well until cooked and well combined.
With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 15% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
