Stir Fried Tau Miu
Tau Miu also known as sweet pea sprouts gives a unique crunchy and natural sweet taste. This is a simple and delicious vegetable dish suitable for all family members.

|2 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1 pcs||Holland onion, thinly sliced|
|1 cm||Ginger, thinly sliced|
|4 cloves||Garlic, chopped|
|180 g||Tau Miu|
|50 g||Carrot, cut into fine julienned|
|8 pcs||Cherry tomato, cut into 2|
|1 1/8 tsp||AJI-NO-MOTO®|
|50 g||Fried onion|
- Heat oil, sauté onion, ginger and garlic. Stir until fragrant.
- Add in the tau miu, carrot, cherry tomato and water.
- Stir fry until the vegetables soften and season to taste.
- Ready to serve with fried onion.
