Ingredients:
2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1 pcs | Holland onion, thinly sliced |
1 cm | Ginger, thinly sliced |
4 cloves | Garlic, chopped |
180 g | Tau Miu |
50 g | Carrot, cut into fine julienned |
8 pcs | Cherry tomato, cut into 2 |
1/2 cup | Water |
1 1/8 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
50 g | Fried onion |

- Heat oil, sauté onion, ginger and garlic. Stir until fragrant.
- Add in the tau miu, carrot, cherry tomato and water.
- Stir fry until the vegetables soften and season to taste.
- Ready to serve with fried onion.
