1 ½ tbsp | Cooking oil |
2 cloves | Garlic, minced |
1/2 inch | Ginger, shredded |
150 g | Long beans, cut into small piece |
1/3 tsp | Pepper powder |

Method
- Beat the eggs with ingredient (A), set aside.
- Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add in long beans, stir fry.
