2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pc Lemongrass, bruised
6 pcs Chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup Water (add more if necessary)
1 1/3 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/2 tsp Salt

 

Ingredients B: blend

2 inches Ginger
10 pcs Bird eyes chili
5 pips Garlic
10 nos Shallot
1 inch Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander seed
1 tsp Fennel seed
1 tsp Cumin seed

 

Method
Method
  1. Heat the oil, saute the lemongrass until fragrant.
  2. Add in the blended ingredients, stir fry it until the when oil separates.
  3. Add in the chicken and water, mix well until the gravy reduced and the chicken is cooked. Add water if necessary.
  4. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  5. Ready to serve.
