3 tbsp Cooking oil
200 g Chicken meat, cut into small pieces
50 g Green pea
50 g Carrot, diced
2 Eggs
4 cups / 550g White rice
1 packet SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
5 Dates, diced
Method
Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil.
  2. Stir-fry chicken until half-cooked.
  3. Add in vegetables and eggs. Stir-fry until the egg is cooked.
  4. Add rice and sprinkle 1 packet of SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 26g. Stir-fry until even.
  5. Add the dates and stir-fry until even.
  6. Ready to serve.
